RETURN & REFUND POLICY


Halmira Tea thrives to provide the best shopping experience every time you purchase from us. We offer premium quality products for you to sip on the refreshing taste of exquisiteness. However, if in an unlikely situation, the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered, Halmira Tea has designed a hassle free Return/Refund Policy. You can claim for a Return/Refund within 7 days of receiving your order.


Order Return Policy



• Package Damaged in Transit - DO NOT ACCEPT your order from the courier person if the seal on the package is open on arrival. This will be considered as “Package damaged in Transit” and you will be sent a fresh piece. Call our customer service at +91 33 4026 1400 (10.30am to 6.30pm) or email us at wecare@halmiratea.com immediately and we will process a replacement of the same for you.

• Defective product - If the product you receive from us is damaged / defective, please call us at +91 33 4026 1400 (10.30am to 6.30pm) within 7 working days for a Refund/Replacement. If you damage your product while using it, then it will not qualify for Refund/Replacement. If the product is out of stock, then we will refund the amount to you.

• Incorrect Product – If the product you receive is not what you ordered for, please contact us and we will send you the correct product and also get the incorrect product back from you at our own cost. Please ensure that all the contents of the box are intact and nothing is misplaced.

• While initiating a Return/Replacement, please ensure that the items must be returned in new or like-new condition, in its original packaging. Paperwork including manuals, assembly instructions and your packing slip, as well as all accessories must also be handed over to ensure full credit.

Please order carefully as we do not refund or exchange because you did not like the product or it was not what you expected.

We cannot accept the product for return/replacement in the following conditions:



• Used merchandise

• Damaged due to misuse of product

• Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers

• Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty

• Any product that is returned without all items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

The Return/Replacement is subject to receipt of the product(s) at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging, failing which Return/Replacement may not be possible.

Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged, defective or was for an incorrect product.

Halmira Tea reserves the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return requirements.


Order Refund Policy



• You can request a Refund on your Order if the product is damaged/defective or if the product is Out of Stock with us.

• If the payment was by Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking, we will refund your Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking account respectively.

• If the payment was by Cash on Delivery, we will refund your money via a cheque written in your name.

In that case, you will have to provide the following details:



• Your name (as on your bank account):

• Order ID:

Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s) and verify that the package arrived with all its contents. Generally refunds are processed in less than 7 working days but in case of payments by Cash on Delivery, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address and for the funds to be credited to your account, after you deposit the cheque.

For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank.

Please note that Halmira Tea is not responsible for any delay caused by the bank.

Cancellations



Cancellation will be accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.

Refunds will be processed through the same online mode in 10-15 days.
